Thank you, Haglund, for putting it all on the table. I tried to open the link but couldn't access it. The url itself included the sentence "Sarah was so delighted that is now considering coming to dance with us, alternating seasons with the American Ballet Theatre of New York."

Thanks. Link fixed. Just refresh the browser page and it should work.

I hope Sarah takes Maria's decision to heart and takes Angel up on the offer (though I imagine that like Angel--and to a lesser degree Herman--McKenzie will freeze her out of casting, though he can't do much worse by her than he is currently). Luis, her husband, would also be a huge asset to Angel.

Of course he will freeze her out of casting. Stella went away for four months and look what happened to her. The skewering of her career by McKenzie has been nothing short of tragic.

ABT's board had better wake up or we'll soon be reading a press release of how ABT is suspending operations and reorganizing as part of the Met Opera.

It defies understanding how the dancers' union can sit by quietly and watch what is happening.
