Henry Leutwyler's book on NYCB delayed again

Amazon sent out another round of emails notifying anxious buyers that shipment of Henry Leutwyler's new book of NYCB photographs will be delayed until mid-December – the second delay since the original expected release date of October 15.  Bummer. 

Mr. Leutwyler, what's going on here?

Thanks for the bad news, Adele. I haven't gotten a cancellation email yet, but I know others have. I also heard that NYCB is having a special donor event next week where the book will be available -- but of course not at the Amazon pre-pub discount price.

This doesn't sound like good customer relations. I will investigate. Amazon doesn't list titles for sale without a publisher's contract.
