A few red azaleas have returned to the side garden of Damrosch Park in Lincoln Center, and they are showing off like there's no tomorrow.

Only slightly OT, I am reading Jenifer Ringer's memoir. She writes beautifully about the ballets she performed in. Her description of Serenade as being "like an ocean" is spot on. Truly, it is - sometimes stormy, and sometimes pacific.
Maybe she can be a dance critic for the NY Times one day.
