Over on Ranting Details, Matthew Murphy has a few photos from the Nutcracker in his hometown of Missoula. The Garden City Ballet's production this year featured ABT's lovely Stella Abrera and Sascha Radetsky as Sugarplum Fairy and her Cavalier. The last photo of Stella is a keeper – beautiful image, beautiful pose, beautiful costume, and a beautiful face born to be Sugarplum. Can't wait for the new Ratmansky Nutcracker next year. Hope it includes tutus and mice.
