Excellent all around casting for New York City Ballet's first week of The Nutcracker.

First week's rotation:

Rebecca Krohn & Amar Ramasar with Abi Stafford as DD
Ashley Bouder & Joaquin De Luz with Teresa Reichlen as DD

Emily Kikta and Claire Kretzschmar debut as lead flowers in the Krohn/Ramasar cast.

Also, ICB will soon announce the details about next year's 2015 gala program which will be nationally broadcast on PBS and a performance in 2016 that will be broadcast with worldwide cinema, commercial television and DVD distribution.

very tall flowers in that cast...I've very much enjoyed watching Claire Kretzschmar bloom this past season. The Troy Schumacher work was a breakout role for her.
