The oral arguments in the lawsuit Waterbury vs. NYCB, SAB, Longhitano, Finlay, Catazaro & Ramasar have been further postponed to January 21, 2020. It seems that they had been postponed to November 7th without documents being posted online. Now they are being postponed again.

Reminder: ABT's Koch Season is on TDF (with no costume fee) but now only two dates remain: Sat. Oct. 19th@2pm and Sun. Oct. 20th@2pm. Tickets are still available on Goldstar.com (with no costume fee) for Oct. 19th@2pm, 20th@2pm, 22nd, 23rd, 25th, 27th@2pm for $25-$54 depending on performance.
