Judge James D'Auguste dismissed Waterbury's claims against NYCB, SAB, Catazaro, Ramasar, and Longhitano, but will allow one claim against Finlay to proceed.

Can we please move on now? Can we please figure out how to get both Catazaro and Ramasar back on the ballet stage when that stage comes alive?

Thanks, Haglund. Catazaro has moved (Rome?) but Ramasar remains on the NYCB roster. Once the pandemic is over, I hope that they cast him often, as before. Maybe now they can include his archived films in the digital offerings. Perhaps a complete Who Cares?

Catazaro was in Germany for a while, but it seems like he's learning to fly airplanes these days.

I just noticed that Amar is listed to be seen in a short pas from Ratmansky’s Russia Seasons, on the 10/20 digital program. I guess that’s something.
